Brenda Loringer

Family Coach

Brenda Loringer is a dedicated individual and family coach with over three decades of experience helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate emotional, behavioral, and educational challenges. Her personal journey as an "out-of-the-box" learner and the struggles she faced as a teen give her a deep, empathetic understanding of the complexities families encounter.

Brenda’s career began in the San Francisco Bay Area, working in behavioral health and substance abuse treatment. She played a key role in both direct care and outreach, working with some of the nation’s leading facilities. As a Certified Addiction Specialist with extensive training in Family Intervention, she has spent years guiding families through difficult transitions, helping them create sustainable, long-term plans for growth and healing.

Her passion lies in supporting individuals and families as they work through educational, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Whether coaching parents through difficult decisions, mentoring young people in need of direction, or helping families improve communication and connection, Brenda brings a compassionate, solutions-focused approach to every client she works with.

Now based in Nashville, Brenda continues to travel extensively, staying connected to the latest resources and best practices in the field. When she’s not working with families, she and her husband enjoy spending time with their  dogs and visiting their adult children and grandchildren.
