We in no way replace the providers you are already working with. Instead, we can collaborate with any outpatient providers while you are with us! We believe in community and want to have your back as much as possible. You are more than welcome to continue working with outpatient providers while you come through program at The Collective, or you can take a break, and then return to them after programming is done! If you do choose to take a break from your outpatient team, rest assured we will keep them in the loop during your time with us, so when you return you can pick right up and keep movin!

The first step in the admissions process is to reach out to us! Give us a call or fill out the form on our website. Then come in for an initial assessment. This lets us get a bird's eye, snapshot view of everything in your world! Next, we can get you all signed up and ready to go. As soon as you sign up for the program you get to start all your individual appointments (therapist, nurse practitioner, dietitian, etc.). As we admit new Collective members, we curate an amazing group of folks for you to go through the 8 weeks with as well - and you stay with the same group members throughout - nobody leaves and nobody new shows up, so the group process stays as closeknit as possible!
